Happy New Year!

Well I figured with the start of the New Year it was long overdue blog post…or mostly a collection of pictures from Dec! I enjoyed a wonderful Christmas season…with so many moments to cherish and enjoy. One of the highlights was a surprise trip to Hawaii given to me by my brother, Wes. We were gone Dec 15-21 and thoroughly enjoyed fun adventures and the escape from winter. On our way to supper one of the nights, we walked by some live music…and they were singing, “Oh the weather outside is frightful, but the fire is so delightful…! In my sundress and flip flops, I was thinking you have no IDEA what frightful is!! Made me laugh…

Christmas and New Years was spent out at my parent’s place in Niton Junction. And the weather outside was frightful almost every day…combined with lots of SNOW! The nice wood heater kept us toasty though! I love to do puzzles at Christmas and was able to finish three 1000pc puzzles while I was there. The most wonderful thing was time with family though…I cherished every moment.

Looking back over the past year…I’m thankful for continued health, strength and God’s faithfulness in my life. It’s been a year with so many different steps, adventures and moments…some good, some bad, some challenging, others joyful, rewarding and ones I will cherish forever. All of them have made for a very eventful year…and I’m excited to start another one. No matter what it looks like or what twists and turns it brings…Life is a Gift and I’m determined to live it to the Full!! Blessings to each of you in the New Year!
